Our sales rep. Taylor Thorne-Stickler made the buying process for our new RAV4 XLE non-stressful & very enjoyable. Taylor was very knowledgeable about the new 2017 RAV4's that we were looking at & she helped us make a decision on the type of RAV4 that was best for us. We finally decided on the RAV4 XLE because it had exactly the features we wanted after she went over each of the varieties of RAV4 & what the difference between each one was, both features & price. We appreciate the "Grappone pricing" so there is no hassling over price & this was true for our trade-in too. We had been to another Toyota dealer in Manchester NH first & left there because we were so disappointed in the whole process at the other dealer. We had a trade-in towards our new car purchase & the other dealer offered us such a low price for our car without even hardly looking at it & when we were ready to walk out they increased the offer by $4000. That is the type of experience at a car dealer that has made us dread dealing with car salespeople in the past. At Grappone the Manager, Carole, looked at our trade-in & took pictures & then asked us to go out with her in the car while she drove it. She came back in and gave us a fair offer the first time & did not offend us by offering such a low price as the other dealer had. We were trading in a 2012 Highlander Limited that was in very good condition & we were insulted by the offer from the first dealer. We had bought the 2012 Highlander Limited from Grappone & had a good experience with our salesperson Greg but did not go back initially to buy our RAV4 because of a bad experience when we went into Grappone to purchase a new Tacoma in 2014. The salesman we had dealt with when purchasing the Highlander had been promoted to sales mgr. & he referred us to a salesman. That salesman did not seem to want to locate the color of truck my husband wanted, which was green because Grappone did not have a green Tacoma in stock. Greg, the now sales mgr., did not check to see how things were going with us again & seemed more interested in chatting with the other sales managers & we left & went to buy the truck at another dealer who would locate the green truck & go get it for us. We took a chance going back to Grappone again for the RAV 4 & luckily had a very good experience at Grappone again due to Taylor's helpfulness & professionalism. Both my husband & myself love our Toyota's & we will continue to buy Toyota's & we would definitely go back to Taylor again. Our next new vehicle will be a Tacoma when Toyota finally makes a GREEN truck again. We will keep the 2014 Tacoma which is green because right now Toyota does not have a green Tacoma. Please give this feedback to Toyota. There are people, including us, that want a green Tacoma.
